Legal & privacy
TNWT Portal Privacy
Effective for the 2026 prelaunch phase.
Data collected during prelaunch
If you join the prelaunch, register purchase interest or submit a partnership enquiry, we may collect the information you intentionally provide, such as an email address, country code, organization details, participation range or optional public wallet address.
Encryption and minimization
Email addresses submitted through R2 are encrypted before storage and also represented by a one-way hash for duplicate detection. Administrative views mask email addresses by default. The portal never asks for or stores wallet private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases.
Wallet identifiers
Public blockchain addresses are persistent identifiers and blockchain activity is public. Connecting a wallet in the browser does not automatically send the wallet address to Google Analytics. A wallet address is stored by Travel Network World only when a feature requires it and the user intentionally submits or verifies it.
Analytics and consent
Optional Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager measurement starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. If analytics is allowed, the site can measure events such as prelaunch sign-up, purchase interest, wallet connection and confirmed purchase. The site-generated analytics payloads exclude raw email addresses, wallet addresses and blockchain transaction hashes.
Purchase and transaction records
If a public purchase flow is later activated, operational records may include an internal order reference, public wallet address, token amount, payment asset and blockchain transaction information required to verify fulfilment and maintain transaction history. These operational records are separate from Google Analytics.
Retention and choices
Prelaunch and partnership records are retained only as reasonably necessary for project communication, security, compliance and launch operations. Analytics choices can be changed through the Privacy choices control in the footer. Launch and marketing communications should include an unsubscribe mechanism when email delivery is enabled.
